Every change, with a name and a date
Each asset keeps a full history of edits, moves, assignments, verifications and write-downs, with who made each change and when. When an auditor asks what happened to an asset, the answer is already written down.

Do we need barcode scanners?
No. Any phone camera reads Silosset's QR labels, in the Silosset app for iPhone and Android or in the browser, so there is no scanner to buy. Silosset uses QR codes, not barcodes.
What happens if someone outside our organisation scans a label?
They see a public page for that label and can contact the owner, which helps a lost asset find its way back.
Can we bring in our existing register?
Yes. Upload your Excel register and Silosset checks every cell before importing, showing broken rows so you can fix or skip them.
