Each plan sets how many members, locations, assets and custom fields your organisation can have. Billing is by invoice, and we quote each organisation for the plan it needs.

How much does Silosset cost?
Each organisation gets a quote for the plan it needs, based on how many members, locations and assets it has. Talk to us and we will send one. Every message gets a reply within 24 hours.
How are assets counted?
Every asset record in your register counts as one asset against your plan's limit, whatever its type or value.
What happens when we reach a limit?
Adding past a limit is refused until the plan is raised, and the Billing screen shows how much of each limit is in use. Ask us to raise the limit or move you to another plan.
How do we pay?
Billing is by invoice, paid by cash or EFT. The Billing screen in Silosset shows your plan, what it costs and your next billing date.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Tell us what you need and we move your organisation to another plan or raise a limit. Your register, history and settings stay as they are.
Can we run Silosset on our own servers?
Yes. The on-premises edition runs in your own environment with S3-compatible storage, under an annual licence. Talk to us about what you need to host it.
