Book value, cost and write-downs, in your currency

The financial report shows book value, acquisition cost, depreciation and value retained over time, with a forecast for the next 12 months. Amounts are in your organisation's currency and periods follow its fiscal year.

Your currency and your fiscal year

Set the currency your organisation reports in, Namibian dollars by default, and when your fiscal year starts. Reports and depreciation runs follow both.

The whole register on one page

The summary report shows active assets, book value, scan rate, audit coverage, data quality and the fleet by status. Filter it by period and location.

Every total traceable to an asset

Behind each figure is each asset's own depreciation schedule, with the carried value and every period written down. Nothing is a one-off calculation you cannot check.

Hand finance a spreadsheet

Export the asset register and depreciation schedule to Excel. Exports are generated in the background and kept, so you can download them again later.
